It all starts with a chat about what you need and want from your website. We will ask about both design and function, and if you already have a website that isn't quite working for you we will dig into the existing issues. We are very happy to collaborate with your designer if you have one, so you can maintain your brand’s consistency.
All the websites we offer are tailor-made on WordPress with a custom-built theme that you can easily update yourself. They are reliable, functional, and simple to maintain and upgrade. We fully optimise our websites for search engines, with accessibility and security in mind.
If you want a particular functionality, like a booking or a payment system, we will first explore the existing options for a ready-made WordPress plugin that we can use in order to reduce your costs. However, if what's available isn't quite what you need, we have the capability to custom-build systems to your specifications. We will explore those options together, and we can always quote by feature - meaning that you can get the most basic functioning website now, and add features as and when your budget allows.
Once your website is live, we will walk you through using and updating it. If you've opted for our maintenance package, we will host your website, provide basic support, and make sure your security is always up to date.
We would need to discuss your particular needs in order to quote a definitive price, but as a guide, our website prices start at £500 for a single-page site without interactive elements. A restaurant website with a few standard pages (home, menu, about us, contact, etc.) and a table booking system would cost between £1000 and £3000, depending on the level of complexity and tailoring. If you want a website with a custom-built system where users can log in and access individualised content, the cost would be closer to £10,000.
Our hosting services are affordable and start at £4 a month or £40 a year for a standard content-managed website. More complex websites will be priced according to the demand they create on the server, but we aim to keep maintenance prices low for all tiers, and any added costs will be made clear at the design stage.
Our maintenance package includes hosting, basic support, and security updates. This price doesn't include paying for the domain, since we strongly recommend owning your domain name yourself — although we are happy to set this up for you. A .co.uk domain will cost about £10-£15 per year.
